This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, you and Than Aung agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal discussions. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration before a mutually agreed-upon neutral arbitrator. The costs of mediation and arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party reserves the right to:
Bring an individual claim in small claims court; and
Seek injunctive relief or pursue claims related to intellectual property infringement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to ensure legal compliance or to reflect operational changes to the Site. Users will be notified of any amendments via email or by posting a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
